5. Payments & Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. All prices are in USD and subject to change with prior notice.

The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by X Video Downloader. Videos downloaded through the Service remain the property of their respective creators. We do not claim ownership of any downloaded content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of downloads. Download availability depends on the source content being publicly accessible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, X Video Downloader shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or service interruptions.
