• Usage data: tweet URLs submitted for download, download timestamps, and video metadata
• Technical data: IP address (for rate limiting), browser type, and device information
• Payment data: processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the download service
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Enforce rate limits and prevent abuse
• Improve the Service and fix issues

4. Data Storage & Retention

Downloaded video files are stored temporarily on Cloudflare R2 and automatically deleted after the retention period (24 hours for free users, 30 days for Pro users). Account data is stored in Cloudflare D1 and retained as long as your account is active.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing), Cloudflare (hosting and storage), and Google Analytics (anonymized usage statistics). We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Google Analytics may set cookies for usage tracking. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

7. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with the Service. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you. You can opt out by using a browser extension or disabling JavaScript.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can delete your account from your dashboard. Upon account deletion, all associated data will be removed within 30 days.

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
